The purpose of this cookbook is to help our teens and young adults to build a strong foundation for survival in cooing, for life. We have young mothers who need to learn to cook for their babies. The food should be made as healthy as possible. Therefore I have complied this cook book with recipes that are enjoyable, delicious and nutritious dishes.
The directions are easy and simple to follow. Some may require a little more time for preparation, but they are inexpensive to make. It is essential that we encourage our teens to get an early start in the kitchen and our young adults to become better cooks.
