On the Relationship Between the Federal Constitutional Court and the Legislature«: The Federal Constitutional Court keeps granting the legislature leeway in the constitutional review of norms. The author points out that the court uses over 30 different terms to describe this phenomenon. He consider these different paraphrases do not serve to clarify the relationship between the legislature and the constitutional court and recommends a separation between substantive legal and actual prognostic leeway.
