Angela Gray opened the doors to her cookery school at Llanerch Vineyard in April 2010. She has been voted into the Top 10 UK Cookery Schools. She has made several television programs for the BBC and for UKTV Food, including Hot Stuff and More Hot Stuff. Huw Jones is a food photography specialist. His specifically designed studio is among the best equipped in the UK, with all dishes prepared and photographed on site using the highest standard industry equipment.
