Recenzii

"Of special note is its attention to reducing waste and defects with Kaizen and 5S processes, as well as the importance of engagement and education in the workforce. Detailed, informed and informative … will prove invaluable and a welcome contribution to corporate and academic library 'Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering' reference collections and supplemental Six Sigma curriculum reading lists."
