Neil M. Boyd is David J. & Deborah West Professor of Management in the Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University, Lewisburg, USA. His published work examines topics in human resource management, organization development, and managing for sustainability. His work has appeared in leading publication outlets in the fields of management, public management, and community psychology.
Eric C. Martin is Professor of Management in the Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University, Lewisburg, USA. His published work explores the management of interorganizational and cross-sectoral relationships in complex humanitarian emergencies, and his work has appeared in leading publication outlets in public administration, public management, and non-profit management journals.
