His published work examines topics in human resource management, organization development, and managing for sustainability. Eric C. Martin is Professor of Management in the Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University, Lewisburg, USA. His published work explores the management of interorganizational and cross-sectoral relationships in complex humanitarian emergencies, and his work has appeared in leading publication outlets in public administration, public management, and non-profit management journals.
