The Texas-Louisiana Shelf Circulation and Transport Process Study had four principal objectives: to identify key dynamical process governing circulation, transport, and cross-shelf mixing on the Texas-Louisiana shelf, to improve the data base available for study of the processes in objective 1, synthesis the data into a scheme of circulation and quantity transports and mixing rates.
