COOK is Vice Principal of Benson High School, Omaha, Nebraska.WILLIAM J. EKELER is a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Education. His special interest is elementary education of ethnic minorities.R. McLARAN SAWYER is Professor of the History of Education at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He is co-author of several books on college teaching and Handbook Of College Teaching, Theory, and Applications (Greenwood, 1994).KEITH W. PRICHARD is Professor of Sociology of Education at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He is the author of four books on college teaching and co-author of Handbook of College Teaching: Theory and Applications (Greenwood, 1994).
