Recenzii
Pristas's respect for the sacred texts of the liturgy is notable throughout her study, and her reverence for the actual prayer of the Church in which these texts play a central role is unmistakable. Consequently, her criticisms bear no sharp edge and steer clear of the cynicism to which an academic analyst or scholarly reviewer might be prone. It is this evenness of tone that engenders a reader-friendly spirit throughout the text.Pristas has commenced the project well and will hopefully continue to study the rest of the prayers of the Roman Missals.
