Huilin Hu is Distinguished Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He is also member of academic committee, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He receives the State Council special allowance, and is also awarded as expert by the Publicity Department of CPC, Ministry of Culture, and Ministry of Education; Editor-in-chief, Annual Report on China's Cultural Industry, Commentary on Cultural Industry in China (CSSCI); He is entitled as expert of Provincial and Municipal Cultural Development and Cultural Industry Decision Committee.
