Dr Phil Tyson is a psychotherapist, psychologist and sociologist. He works in independent practice in Manchester, UK. He offers therapy to adults with a range of psychological problems specialising in relationship issues, men's issues, anxiety and depression. His work draws on a range of psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and meditation and mindfulness. His practice is profoundly influenced by his own struggle with depression. He writes three popular blogs as well as regularly appearing in the media. He is well known for his direct, practical and effective approach to human problems.
