The Family

Martha, Eliza, and Ellen manage the family while James and Reason continue farming. Eventually, they bury their father many years later. But, before his death, they overhear him praying a prayer for forgiveness for something terrible he had done. They are mystified. Reason Marlow had always been an honorable and Godly man.
