This book explores the core themes of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) highlighting the digital transformation that has been occurring in society and business.

Notă biografică

Dr. Alan Nankervis in an adjunct professor of Human Resource Management at Torrens University, Adelaide,  Australia Dr. Alan Nankervis has over 30 years' teaching and research experience at Australian universities and international experience in the UK, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, Mauritius, Thailand and Indonesia. 
Professor Julia Connell is the EMBA/Newcastle Business School Director (Sydney Campus), University of Newcastle. Her research and teaching has focused on workplace change and people development for many years with more recent research encompassing the future of work and new technologies.  

Dr. Alan Montague I was formerly  the Program Director Master of Human Resource Management Senior Lecturer at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University Melbourne Australia. Dr. Alan Montague, now retired,  has expertise in the fields of Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Development, Leadership and Management and Work Integrated Learning. 

Professor John Burgess is  an Adjunct Professor of Management at  Torrens University, Adelaide,  Australia. He has held professorial appointments at the University of Newcastle, Curtin University, and RMIT University.
