Recenzii

This is an important book that deserves a lot of attention. It does a great service to energy policy scholarship by combining a close look at the energy policies of individual nations while assessing these policies in terms of their regional impact. It is a very informative piece of writing for someone like me who is not an expert on South Asia energy. I believe it can be equally helpful to policy makers who will profit from his close examination of each countries’ energy policies. My hope is that the countries of South Asia will be able to look at all of this, develop the national and regional will to make important changes, and ultimately protect themselves from the worst of global warming and climate change. There is not much time left.
