The Great Unlife

Martin Tundra is one of the greatest wizards to ever live, but even his devastating power can't stop the march of time. When medicine and magic can no longer keep his two-hundred-and-sixty-four year old body moving, he must go in search of an artifact from the last world, a device that might hold the key to eternal youth.

Along for the ride are his two best friends: Nox, a law enforcement Agent and nightmarish werewolf; and Ceile, a human woman older even than him, who long ago transferred her consciousness into a new body. Guided by an eccentric and larger-than-life wizard named Bill and aided by a handful of other oddball characters, the party crosses continent-spanning forests, ventures into deserted (and perhaps haunted) cities, and descends deep into less-than-friendly territory, all the while running into feral gnolls, town-devouring monsters, the Four Horsemen, and electric unicorns.

Can Martin keep his steadily declining physical and mental health in check long enough to see the journey through? Betrayed by everyone, including himself, our hero will find that not everything in this story is as it seems.
