Recenzii
This is a comprehensive guide which covers every aspect of taking on the headteacher role. It is at once practical, honest, insightful and, probably most importantly, incredibly useful. If you're new to headship, or planning a move into the role, this is a must-read book.
If you are aspiring to primary headship or have just been appointed, then this book is your must-read guide to being an outstanding leader of your school.
This collection of advice, reflections, warnings and exhortations provides an indispensable handbook not just for the new headteacher but as a refresh for those who have served a while. And in the best headteacher tradition, the author tells some compelling stories too.
Rae explores some of the more nuanced aspects of the job, guiding the reader through the maze of legal requirements and responsibilities.
