Descriere
This book develops a comprehensive theory of judicial integrity through comparisons of established and developing democracies. A significant new work for legal theorists and philosophers, as well as scholars of legal and judicial ethics, The Integrity of the Judge offers a much-needed examination of an under-discussed concept.
