Notă biografică
Sarah Derrington is an Associate Professor at the University of Queensland where she teaches maritime law at undergraduate and post-graduate level and commercial law. Dr. Derrington maintains a practice at the private Bar, exclusively in shipping law and is an Associate Member of Quadrant Chambers. She is the Australian Vice-President of the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand and, in 2006, was appointed by the Attorney-General of the Commonwealthto the Admiralty Rules Committee.James Turner read Law at Durham University and the University of Tübingen, where he gained a First Class Master's Degree in German Law. A member of Quadrant Chambers, he has been in practice at the Commercial and Admiralty Bars since 1992 and has appeared in a wide range of cases involving international commercial and shipping law, jurisdiction disputes and the conflicts of laws
