Olivia Johnson, a recently recruited, beautiful, young, and idealistic doctor, is also driven by need when she accepts a position at the compound. After all, she reasons, $1.5 million for five years of work isn't a bad deal. But a mere sixteen months into her five-year contract, she discovers that all is not as it seems.
