Anger has the best disguise and is my favorite mentor. Anger asks us to feel it and not associate it with negativity. Anger tells us"recycle me, I am power, your power" The reader will have the opportunity to look beyond the disguise and utilize this power to built rather than destroy. Depression asks us to pay attention to our forgotten soul. We will work with this teacher on pleasing our senses, our physical being. Our mind cannot resist and will soon follow. Guilt asks us to look at our intentions and question them. Guilt offer the reader a chance to investigate their actions and find solid evidence to see whether the guilt is justified or not.
