Chris Rowley is Reader in HRM and Employee Relations at Cass Business School, City University, London. He has written extensively in the area of Asian and Korean HFM. John Benson is an Associate Professor and Reader in the Department of Management, University of Melbourne. He has published widely on industrial relations and HRM issues.
