illustrator,

subject

nearly
one
hundred
books.
During
her
legendary
career,
which
spanned
nearly
three
quarters
of
a
century,
she
received
two
Caldecott
Honors

is
Onein
1957),
as
well
as
a
Regina
Medal
for
her
contributions
to
children's
literature
in
1971.
Much
of
Tudor's
original
artwork
can
be
found
in
museums,
libraries
and
hundreds
