Mario P. Chiti is Emeritus Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Firenze, Italy, and Jean Monnet Chair ad personam of European Administrative Law.

Vittorio Santoro is Professor of Business Law at the University of Siena, Italy, and Coordinator of PhD in Jurisprudence of the Universities of Siena and Foggia, Italy.
