Notă biografică
HA-JOON CHANG teaches development economics and institutional economics at the Faculty of Economics and Politics, University of Cambridge. He has published many articles covering a wide range of subjects including the theories of the state, institutional economics, privatization, industrial policy, and the East Asian development experience. He has aslo edited two books, The Transformation of the Communist Economies: Against the Mainstream (with Peter Nolan, also from Macmillan) and The Role of the State in Economic Change (with Robert Rowthorn).
