All the dependent variables except for drunk driving laws have been updated. Several new dependent variables have been added. The independent variables in that article were adapted to fit the theory used in this book. Special thanks go to Cathy M. Johnson for her contribution to the original article. Her insights deserve credit for the findings here; I retain the blame for the changes I have made.
