Frank Gee Patchin (1861-1925) was born in Wayland, New York, United States. was an American writer of children's books. He is known for his famous Battleship Boy series and his Pony Rider Boys series, which have many readers today as well. Patchin has published more than 200 adventure books. Most of them were published under the pen names of Victor Durham and Jessie Graham Flower. He has also written for the Edward Stratemeyer Syndicate.
