After inexplicably finding himself once again in Rome, Michael Pierce has but a single thought: to get back to Inner Earth.

Knowing the fate of neither the magical world he left behind nor the one woman in his life he has truly come to care about, Michael will not be satisfied until he has found his way back. Enlisting the aid of his friend, Dan Renhoff, he sets out to do just that.
