Amelia U. Santos-Paulino is Research Fellow at the World Institute for Development Economics Research (UNU-WIDER) in Helsinki, Finland.
Previously she was Research Fellow at the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex, UK, and Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Davis. She has served as a research economist at the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic and as an advisor to the Government of the Dominican Republic. Her research has been published in academic journals including the Economic Journal, Manchester School, and World Development.
Guanghua Wan is Principal Economist at the Asian Development Bank.
Previously he was Senior Research Fellow and Project Director at UNU-WIDER.
Guanghua Wan is an Honorary Professor at more than ten universities in China, and a prolific researcher with over 50 analytical papers in refereed journals and more than 10 book volumes. He is a pioneer in developing regression-based decomposition techniques for inequality and poverty accounting.
