Notă biografică

Maria Antonia Tigre is a global leader in climate change litigation and rights-based climate law. She is the Director for Global Climate Change Litigation at the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia Law School.

Armando Rocha is a Professor of International Law, Law of the Sea, and Climate Change Law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a researcher at the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law.
