Leslie Hossfeld is Professor of Sociology and Dean of the College of Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences at Clemson University, USA, and the co-editor of Food and Poverty: Food Insecurity and Food Sovereignty among America’s Poor.
E. Brooke Kelly is Professor of Sociology and Assistant Chair of Sociology and Criminal Justice at the University of North Carolina Pembroke, USA, and the co-editor of Food and Poverty: Food Insecurity and Food Sovereignty among America’s Poor.
Cassius Hossfeld is completing graduate studies at Clemson University, USA.
