This book finds that entrepreneurs in fragile and conflict-affected situations (FCS) have characteristics and challenges that distinguish them from entrepreneurs elsewhere, with different incentives and motives. It recommends that the World Bank?s current analytical approach and operational strategy become more proactive and flexible.
