To Speak the Unspoken is the final volume of the Dr. John Nicholson trilogy. In A Matter of Conscience and A Matter of Time, he struggles to find an effective drug to use against one of the greatest killers of our time-cancer. The final part of the trilogy opens with a court case being brought against Nicholson for unlawful killing of a patient by the administration of an unlicensed drug to a seriously ill patient.
