Kim is professor of political science at Monmouth College and senior fellow at the Institute for World Order.Saul H. Mendlovitz is professor of international law at Rutgers University-Newark, Ira D. Wallach Professor of World Order Studies in the Institute of War and Peace Studies at Columbia University, and director of WOMP for the Institute for World Order."
