C. R. Macchi, Ph.D. was trained as a systems therapist receiving his doctorate in family therapy from Kansas State University. He is currently with Arizona State University as a clinical assistant professor and internship coordinator with the behavioral health doctoral program. Dr. Macchi’s research and clinical work have addressed the impact of health behavior change and chronic disease management on a patient’s relationships. Currently Dr. Macchi is part of a research team that is developing a validated measure for determining clinic-level integration. His work has involved multidisciplinary teams interested in collaboration and integration of medical and behavioral health.
