Notă biografică
Steve New is a Lecturer and Director of Undergraduate Programmes in the Saïd Business School, Oxford University, and a Fellow of Hertford College. He was previously a lecturer at the Manchester School of Management, UMIST. Prior to entering academia, he worked in the aerospace, automotive, and consulting sectors.; Roy Westbrook is a Lecturer and Director of the MBA programme in the Saïd Business School, Oxford University, and a Fellow of St Hugh's College. He formerly served as Associate Professor of Operations Management and Director of the Sloan Programme at the London Business School.
