Uzumaki (3-in-1 Deluxe Edition)
Autor Junji Itoen Limba Engleză Hardback – 21 noi 2013
Kurôzu-cho, a small fogbound town on the coast of Japan, is cursed. According to Shuichi Saito, the withdrawn boyfriend of teenager Kirie Goshima, their town is haunted not by a person or being but by a pattern: uzumaki, the spiral, the hypnotic secret shape of the world. It manifests itself in everything from seashells and whirlpools in water to the spiral marks on people's bodies, the insane obsessions of Shuichi's father and the voice from the cochlea in our inner ear. As the madness spreads, the inhabitants of Kurôzu-cho are pulled ever deeper into a whirlpool from which there is no return!

Super recomand!
Ioana Andreia Sandru a dat nota:
This story, as many of Junji Ito's stories do, starts from a simple, common thing, that we see on a daily basis. But the mangaka adds in elements that twist the story in such a way, that it becomes horrific. Think of the worst case scenario made out of a everyday event, or in this case object, and there you have it. It's amazing to see how much the imagination can do and the idea behind it it's orginal. If you like the horror that plays tricks on your mind, rather then the gore, and the inexplicable little things, then this is for you.
