Black Americans face one of America's biggest racial reprisals when Pres. Obama leaves office in 2017 - that's one way of looking at it. 'We're Not Asking' views 2017 as an historical opportunity for a 21st century ascendancy. Most of the racists have outed themselves during the President's two terms and armed with that knowledge, Black America can thrive. This struggle, Civil War IV, has the potential to put black citizens on economic par with white citizens, something Civil War III (the Civil Rights Movement) couldn't accomplish.
