Notă biografică

ALICIA E. KAUFMANN is Professor of Sociology of Organizations at Universidad de Alcalá de Henares. She also holds a doctor's degree in Sociology from École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales in Paris and Universidad Complutense in Madrid. She is currently Academic Director at Alcalá de Henares and also teaches at Instituto de Empresa. She was a Fulbright scholar twice, once at Yale University and once at the University of Salzburg, where she specialized in leadership issues. She is also an active member of FEDEPE, a federation of women in business.
