BARBARA BAGILHOLE is a reader in Equal Opportunities in Social Policy in the Department of Social Sciences, Loughborough University. Her major research and teaching interest is equal opportunities covering gender, 'race' and disability. Her last book in this area was Equal Opportunities and Social Policy; Issues of Gender, Race and Disability (1997).
