Cartea este structurata in 7 parti, greselile fiind impartite in: How You Play the Game, How you Act, How you Think, How You Brand and Market Yourself, How You Sound, How you Look si How you Respond. Pentru fiecare greseala descrisa, pe care femeile o fac in cariera, se ofera si o explicatie si un mod de a corecta acest comportament. Ceea ce mi-a placut foarte mult este ca volumul se deschide cu un mini test prin care cititoarea isi poate da seama in ce zona din cele 7 are nevoie de mai mult ajutor si i se recomanda sa inceapa lectura exact cu acele capitole unde a avut un punctaj mai slab la test. Bineinteles ca nu tutror ni se potrivesc toate ideile si situatiile descrise in carte. Dar sunt convinsa ca fiecare din noi poate gasi cateva sugestii care sa o ajute sa se imbunatateasca.
