Notă biografică

PAUL THOMPSON is Professor of Organizational Analysis and Head of the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of Strathclyde Business School, UK. In addition to many journal articles, Thompson has previously authored Democracy and Patricipation at Work, Palgrave; A Handbook of Work and Organisation, OUP; and the highly successful third edition of Work Organisations.DAVID MCHUGH is a Senior Lecturer in the HRM& Leadership Division at the Lancashire Business School, part of the University of Central Lancashire, UK.
