Fuzhan Xie, research fellow,former President of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Member of 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Xie’s research areas include macroeconomic policy, public policy and regional development policy. 
Yaming Liu, former President of China Meteorological Administration. Deputy director of Committee on Population, Resources and Environment of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
