Dr Silvia Pfeiffer is on a mission to bring fairer access to healthcare for everyone. As the CEO of Coviu, a turn-key video consultation software, Silvia has worked with numerous healthcare professionals in introducing video consultations to their businesses. This includes businesses of specialists, allied health, as well as GPs. She has learnt what makes such a digital transformation work and what doesn't and is passionate to share her experiences. Silvia has a PhD in computer science and has worked for Google, Mozilla and CSIRO in the past to develop world-leading online video technology and new video standards. In her spare time, she still authors standards for video accessibility at the W3C.
