Carlo A. Serrano is Professor at Grace College of Divinity, USA and Adjunct Professor in the Schools of Leadership at Regent University, USA and Piedmont International University, USA. He has over 14 years of combined experience in non-profit executive leadership as a lead pastor, teaching pastor, associate pastor, and professor. He also serves on the board of directors of multiple non-profit organizations. Dr. Serrano is a published researcher with work related to leadership emergence, ethical leadership, and servant leadership. He has a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership (Ecclesial Leadership) from Regent University, USA an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University, USA and a B.A in Psychology from American Military University, USA.
