Notă biografică
Dr. Sabyasachi Maiti is a Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics, Gupta College of Technological Sciences, Asansol, West Bengal, India. He completed his doctoral thesis in the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India and has 13 years of experience in academia and drug delivery research.
In addition to this he has guided 20 master’s theses and one doctoral thesis. Not only is Maiti credited with more than 50 research publications to his name, but he is a reviewer of various highly reputed international journals. He has also contributed 10 book chapters to publishers of international repute.
He is the executive editor of the Journal of PharmaSciTech and life member of different professional bodies, including IPA, APTI and ISCA, as well as a fellow of the Indian Chemical Society (FICS).
Dr. Kalyan Kumar Sen is an M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) and Ph.D from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. He has 29 years of work experience in different fields of Pharmacy, including both industry and teaching, and has guided over 30 master’s degree students and 2 PhD theses.
A keen researcher, he has published around 30 research papers in several well-renowned, peer reviewed journals and enjoyed attending conferences to present his findings.
Sen has also penned 3 book chapters, which were published by national and international publishers. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of PharmaSciTech, an international publication of Trinity Trust.
A life member of various professional bodies including APTI, ISTE and ISCA, he currently holds the post of Principal and Professor in Pharmaceutics at Gupta College of Technological Sciences, Asansol, West Bengal, India.
