Li Zhang is Professor of Shandong University, Vice President of China Audio-Video and Digital Publishing Association, full-time Deputy Director of the General Team for Digital Copyright Protection Technology Research & Development Projects, Head in charge of preparation for China National Knowledge Resources Service Centre, Member on the review committee of the National Social Science Fund of China, Expert of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Finance, Professor of Editorship, Research Fellow and Adjunct Professor.

Junlin Qu

Assistant Researcher of China Academy of Press and Publication.Engaged in natural language processing,digital publishing and other related research work.

Jing Jie
