Notă biografică

Professor Zhai Xuewei is the Director of Sociology Department at Nanjing University, China. His research interests include the localization of sociology and social psychology. He is also Yangtze River Distinguished Professor of Ministry of Education.
Huang Xiaoye is the professor at the School of Marxism of Hohai University, Ph.D. of Management.
