Vikrant Bhateja is associate professor in Department of Electronics Engineering Faculty of Engineering and Technology (UNSIET), Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He holds a doctorate in ECE (Bio-Medical Imaging) with a total academic teaching experience of 20 years with around 190 publications in reputed international conferences, journals and online book chapter contributions; out of which 39 papers are published in SCIE indexed high impact factored journals. One of his papers published in Review of Scientific Instruments (RSI) Journal (under American International Publishers) has been selected as “Editor Choice Paper of the Issue'' in 2016. Among the international conference publications, four papers have received “Best Paper Award''. He has been instrumental in chairing/co-chairing around 30 international conferences in India and abroad as Publication/TPC chair and edited 52 book volumes from Springer-Nature as a corresponding/co-editor/author on date. He has delivered nearly 22 keynotes, invited talks in international conferences, ATAL, TEQIP and other AICTE sponsored FDPs and STTPs. He has been Editor-in-Chief of IGI Global--International Journal of Natural Computing and Research (IJNCR) an ACM & DBLP indexed journal from 2017-22. He has guest edited Special Issues in reputed SCIE indexed journals under Springer-Nature and Elsevier. He is Senior Member of IEEE and Life Member of CSI.
Hong Lin received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China. Before he joined the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD), he was a postdoctoral research associate at Purdue University, and an assistant research officer at the National Research Council, Canada. Dr. Lin is currently a Professor in Computer Science with UHD. His research interests include cognitive intelligence, human-centered computing, parallel/distributed computing, and big data analytics. He is the supervisor of the Grid Computing Lab and a co-founder of the Data Center at UHD. Dr. Lin currently serves as the program director for the Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence program at UHD. Dr. Lin is a senior member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).
Milan Simic holds PhD, Masters and Bachelor of Electronics Engineering, and Graduate Diploma in Education. He is currently with RMIT University, School of Engineering. At the same time, he is Professor: MB, Faculty of Business and Law, Belgrade, Serbia; Adjunct Professor: Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), School of Computer Engineering, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India; Honorary Editor: KES Journal; Editor: International Transactions on Evolutionary and Metaheuristic Algorithms; Former Associate Director: Australia-India Research Centre for Automation Software Engineering, RMIT University. He has comprehensive experience from industry (Honeywell Information Systems), Research institute and Academia, from Europe and Australia. For his innovations and other contributions, he has received prestigious awards and recognitions. Dr Simic is member of large number of engineering and science associations. He conducts multidisciplinary research in the following areas: Management, Engineering Education, Electrical Vehicles, Intelligent Transport Systems, Automotive Electronics, Physical Systems Modelling (Physical Networks), Autonomous Systems, Mechatronics, Robotics, Human - Computer Interface and Interaction, Biomedical Engineering, Green Energy Production, Wireless Transfer of Energy, Information Theory, Digital Coding, Run Length Limited Coding.
Muhammad Attique Khan (Member IEEE) earned his Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Human Activity Recognition for Application of Video Surveillance and Skin Lesion Classification using Deep Learning from COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan. He is currently an Assistant Professor of the Computer Science Department at HITEC University Taxila, Pakistan. His primary research focus in recent years is medical imaging, COVID-19, MRI analysis, Video Surveillance, Human Gait Recognition, and Agriculture Plants using Deep Learning. He has above 280 publications that have more than 10,000+ citations and an impact factor of 820+ with h-index 61 and i-Index 165. He is reviewer of several reputed journals such as IEEE transaction on Industrial Informatics, IEEE transaction of Neural Networks, Pattern Recognition Letters, Pattern recognition, Future Generations, Multimedia Tools and Application, Computers and Electronics in Agriculture, IET Image Processing, Biomedical Signal processing Control, IET Computer Vision, Eurasipe Journal of Image and Video Processing, IEEE Access, MDPI Sensors, MDPI Electronics, MDPI Applied Sciences, MDPI Diagnostics, and MDPI Cancers. He is also lead and guest editor of several special issues in the well reputed journals such as Measurement, IET CAAI Transaction, CMC, CSSE, Sustainable Energies, and a few more.
Harish Garg is an Associate Professor at the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Deemed University, Patiala, Punjab, India. In the three years 2020, 2021, and 2022, he was named to Stanford University's Top 2% Scientist List, with a Rank #1 in India and #229 in the world. He is the recipient of the Obada-Prize 2022 – Young Distinguished Researchers. He is also the recipient of the Top-Cited Paper by an India-based author (2015 – 2019) from Elsevier Publisher. He also serves as an advisory board member of the Universal Scientific Education and Research Network (USERN). Dr. Garg's research interests include Computational Intelligence, Multi-criteria decision making, Evolutionary algorithms, Reliability analysis, Expert systems and decision support systems, Computing with words, and Soft Computing. He has authored more than 463 papers (over 405 are SCI) published in refereed international journals, including IEEE Transactions, Elsevier, Springer etc. He has also authored seven book chapters. Also, he edited 8 books from Elsevier, Springer and other publishers. His Google citations total more than 20,400, with an H-index of 81, and his SCOPUS citations total more than 16,080, with an H-index of 71. Dr. Garg also serves on the editorial boards of several leading international journals, this includes the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Computational and Cognitive Engineering. He is also the Associate Editor of CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, Alexandria Engineering Journal, Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, Complex and Intelligent Systems, Kybernetes, Journal of Industrial & Management Optimization, International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems, etc.
