The author of "Digestive Wellness, Digestive Wellness for Children", and "Leaky Gut Syndrome", she's also the Director of Doctoral Studies in Holistic Nutrition at Hawthorn University. Dr. Lipski is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Nutrition Professionals and the Nutrition Advisory Board for the Institute for Functional Medicine.
