Autor Neal Robinson
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 31 ian 2004 – vârsta de la 22 ani
Neal Robinson's Discovering the Qur'an has now become a standard text-book, since it is an excellent resource for those who require a clear and accessible introductory text. It offers a clear interpretation of many aspects of the Qur'an, and is in three parts. The first explores how the book is experienced by Muslims in the context of faith; the second considers chronology, and dates of composition; and the third discusses the structure and coherence of the Qur'an. This new impression includes a new preface by the author. A crucial resource for all students of Islam. 'If anyone asked me to recommend a clear and comprehensive introduction to the nature and role of the Qur'an, I would look no further ... ' Profeessor Oliver Leaman, University of Kentucky in Expository Times ' ... an intelligent, sophisticated and provocative book on a perplexing subject.' Dr Martin Forward, Wesley House, Cambridge in The Epworth Review
