Shashi B. Rana has completed his M. Tech (Microelectronics) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar (Punjab) India. Currently he is persuing his Ph.D. from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, Punjab (India) on optoelectronics nanomaterial. He has fifteen international journal publications to his credit.
